Silent Sister is delighted to invite you to the screening of the award-winning documentary THE SHELL.
The Shell is a documentary feature exploring what it means to inhabit a human body and experience physical pain. It had its premiere in Los Angeles in October 2020 and won an outstanding achievement award for documentary feature at the Luis Bunuel Memorial Awards, organised by the L’Age d’Or International Art-house Film Festival. It was also selected for the Prisma Independent Film Awards in 2020.
This screening and Q&A with drinks reception at the Close-up cinema in Shoreditch will be the UK PREMIERE and a chance to engage with the director Xav Langton.
